Waiting Time $1.00 per minute is applicable and is charged 5 minutes from initial contact with the client.

All credit cards are accepted and Eftpos is available in all cars. 

Cheques: The company does not accept cheque payments unless they are authorised by management. 

Soiling Charge: A fee of $150.00 Incl GST will be charged if any soiling to our drivers or their vehicles occurs.

All drivers hold a current 'P' endorsement licence and are over 25 years of age.

As no insurance company at present is offering cover for accident damage for our type of business it is commonly accepted that the client, having given our driver the authority to drive their vehicle, will accept responsibility for insurance cover. It is for this reason that the driver of the client’s vehicle is over 25 years of age and appropriately licensed. The company does not under any circumstance; accept any responsibility for and damage caused by contractors or their staff.

V.I.P membership cards are only valid for one car per night. i.e the card can not be used for two different cars in one night.

10% discount is only valid when keyring or V.I.P discount card is shown to driver when your reach your destination. Discount cards are only valid for one trip home.
